Communities and Development (ABC-Development)
This is one of the sectors where ABC Development has intervened since it inception using two program approaches. Namely: Informal and formal education.
ABC Development actively support women empowerment by providing skill development programs and mentorship opportunities, fostering a supportive community that enables women to thrive professionally and personally.
Our intervention in the health sector has had the largest coverage in Kambia District since 2010. Partnership with International Organizations including IRC and CARE and in collaboration with the Kambia District Health Management Team (DHMT) engineered a district-wide approach.
Intervention in the livelihood sector has been key in our activities even before the registration of ABC Development as an NGO in Sierra Leone.
